Refund policy
We have a 15-day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 15 days from receipt to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returns & Exchanges are FREE OF COST.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at Info@Scentsfit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure exchange is to get in contact via WhatsApp (03140207021) to request an exchange.
Exchanges are FREE OF COST.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your online payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
